But lately, as a small business mama, when I look at my littles I've been feeling a call to do, and be more for them and the bookish and indie author community that I love so much. So while this shift is personal, it's very intentional. It's for the little girls who wish they saw themselves in the books they read, and for the ones, like my oldest daughter, writing and illustrating stories in their journals. This next chapter is for the girlies who read and write Black love stories—rooted in culture, comfort, and the magic of being seen.

So what's changing? You'll start to see more of that mission reflected in everything we do, from our new collections to illustrations and updated visuals that center Black women. The heart of Ink to Novel will always be storytelling and soul—but this time, the vibe will feel like us.

Our apparel, mugs, and future product drops will live here on our official website moving forward, while our Etsy shop will be a sticker only shop Think of this as a soft relaunch—one that’s just getting started.
