I’m Michelle, a 30-something, wife, and mama to 3 tiny humans. I’m a dog mom, bookish business owner, reader, writer, and lover of all things cozy vibes. Come hang out with me while I learn and share everything I can about the indie author and self-publishing world, all things bookish, write my first novel, and hype up some of my favorite bookish biz owners and indie authors, all while trying to balance the chaos of my life.

I started Ink to Novel, because when I began my writing journey in mid 2022, I fell in love with the Indie Author community. Pouring your heart into your book baby and then sharing it with the world can be a terrifying experience, and I wanted a place to be able to connect, cheer on, support, and all around hype up other writers through the whole writing experience. I essentially wanted to create what I felt like I needed as I go through my journey to publishing my first novel.

So here you’ll find, book reviews, writing and self-publishing tips, new author interviews, author and writer merch from small businesses, Beta and ARC reading services, and every now and then, a peek at my life balancing being a business owner and writer, while having a family.
